Duo Mang'Org: Strings and Pipes
Camilla FINARDI, mandolin
Viviane LORIAUT, organ-piano
It was during the Choir Academies in Cévennes that Camilla and Viviane met in 2016. Each having a rich solo career, their combined skills offer the public lively and varied programs, ranging from baroque to contemporary.
The unexpected, surprising and rare dialogue of two discourses that apparently oppose each other in every way.
The almost tinny, constantly renewed vibration of the mandolin, the eternal permanence of the full sound of the organ.
A discovery not to be missed.
Please enjoy some recordings done in August last year in Orange's Cathedral thanks to Ludovic de PIOLENC

We're delighted to announce a remarkable recital by Czech pianist Radka Hanáková, one of Europe's most captivating interpreters of JS Bach and the first Czech pianist to record the work.
On this exclusive evening, Radka will perform Bach's Goldberg Variations in their entirety—a towering masterpiece rarely heard complete outside of major concert halls. Her interpretation is both scholarly and deeply expressive, revealing the emotional depth and architectural brilliance of this iconic work.
'The Goldberg Variations represent one of the most accomplished masterpieces in which Bach's wholistic aspirations reach perfection in both form and content. Aria with 30 Variations: a lofty scale of thirty affections ranging from festivity, exhilaration, joy, and happiness to austerity, weeping, and profound sorrow.'
Murray Perahia
Critically acclaimed for her performances of the Goldbergs, Radka will play the beautiful concert Steinway at St Leonards, which is particularly well suited to the clarity and richness of Bach's music—and sounds glorious in the church's resonant acoustic.
'Radka Hanáková delivered Bach's Goldberg Variations with remarkable ease and commanding confidence.
Her performance breathes with flexibility, warmth, and clarity. It felt as though the Goldberg Variations were being composed in real time.
Hanáková makes a compelling case for the expressive power of the modern piano.'
Hans von Draminski - North Bayerische Zeitung

Masters of improvisation The Ciderhouse Rebellion (accordionist Murray Grainger and fiddle player Adam Summerhayes) are joined by stellar Irish singer Molly Donnery (The Haar) creating incredible albums (debut album came out Spring 2024 - A Little Bit Slanted) alongside national and international tours.
"You will find the traditional Irish songs intact but with added vitality, each track supercharged in subtly different ways" - KLOF Magazine
Already acclaimed in their own rights (multiple FATEA awards and championed by the likes of Phil Beer, BBC Radio 3, and FRUK) the new trio draw listeners into the very heart of the music with each performance being uniquely magical in its improvisatory focus.
There's something quite special about The Ciderhouse Rebellion with Molly Donnery and many in the scene seem to agree after prestigious live shows at venues such as London's Green Note and Birmingham's Kitchen Garden.
With exquisite playing from Summerhayes and Grainger, Molly Donnery's vocals have found a creative match that is truly spellbinding - as their live shows and recent YouTube video demonstrate.
With tours and festival appearances planned in the UK and Ireland, now is the perfect time to witness their extraordinary creativity.

"I became utterly bewitched by the beauty of what Summerhayes and Grainger had created. It could justifiably be described as a folk symphony…” FATEA
"...some of the most startling and original music you will ever encounter. Compelling, exciting and utterly original" - Phil Beer, Show Of Hands
