It is possible to rent the church for your event.

The Steinway Grand Piano
The pipe organ
The kitchen (glasses / cutlery ...)
Projector / Screen
The sound system (microphone and/or voice speakers)
We do not provide
Staging
Music stands
Box office or Bar staff.
Lighting and green room setup could be provided depending on availability on the date of the event.
The church could accommodate around 120 seats depending on your seating plan.

For these events somebody from the PCC team will assist you but you'll be in charge of
Promotion
Ticket sales
Setup and restoration of the church back to it's original state afterward.
Front Desk and Bar Staff
If you want to sell alcoholic drinks you'll need to apply for a TEN (temporary Event Notice)
You'll need to send a liability insurance certificate and we would need your electrical equipment to be P.A.T tested.
With all this information we will be able to give you a quote.
Prebooking will require a non-refundable 20% deposit 1 month before the event.
